Does Fresh Juice Delivery ship out of town?
Yes, we will be shipping our Fresh Juice anywhere within the USA. Click the shipping link at the top for more information or call us for details. Juices lose their natural vitamins and nutrients if they are not comsumed within the first 24 to 48 hours. However we do have certain juice blends that can handle shipping perfectly. All juices will taste fine when it arrives its healthier if consummed quickly. -
Can I place a custom juice order?
We always welcome custom juice orders for an extra charge. When placing your juice order please use our Contact link to submit your custom blend and we will contact you with pricing. We will do our very best to create a custom combination according to your specifications. There are no refunds for custom orders. -
What is the difference between pressed juice and freshly squeezed juice?
Our high quality juicers can easily extract juice from many natural fruit and vegetables. The juice is more stable and does not oxidize as quickly. However some vegetables such as leafy greens require a mill style juicer which literally squeezes out juice by pressing and twisting. Our pressed juice is extracted slowly, producing a high quality juice while minimizing the loss of nutrients and enzymes. Some fruit such as natural concord grapes and wheatgrass are better when pressed and not extracted by a traditional juicer. -
I am having a party and would like to offer juice to my guest. How much notice should I allow while planning my event to receive my juice in a timely manner?
Depending on the number of guest you have at your event, we would recommend you allow at least a week to two weeks to prepare. Keep in mind we will also need to stock fruit for your event -
What happens if I am not home when my juice is delivered?
Call us immediately to let us know if you are not going to be home so we can inform our drivers. We recommend you not placing an order with us if you are not going to be home, unless you request during checkout for us to leave it on the porch. All of our juice deliveries travel inside a well cool environment before getting to your home or business. If you opted for an insulated cooler box or bag we are more than happy to leave it with your neighbor for your convenience. We are not responsible for juice left after it is delivered. There are no refunds. If you would like to reschedule your delivery a 2nd time we are happy to for a $20 delivery charge. -
What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are from 9:30am to 7pm daily (for local Los Angeles residents only). Express shipping delivery times are determined by your local express mail carrier not us. If you require a morning delivery, request priority express via Fedex you will be charged an extra fee by Fedex. We will work with your schedule if you are a subscribing juice member. Why happens if I break your bottles, lose or don't return your containers?
(For Juice Subscribers Only) You are responsible for keeping our glass containers in good condition while in your care. We recycle our bottles and it's the best deal for the environment. If you break, damage or lose our juice bottles you will lose your bottle deposit. If you are not a subscriber then you can just recycle at your nearest recycling center. -
Do you have a minimum juice order?
Yes we have a minimum juice order of $50. Check for promotional coupons and discounts. However your friendly Juice driver greatly appreciates your thoughtful gratuity.
